Water Color Paintings & A Little Stained Glass

My Grandpa can do everything

I'm not kidding.

He can paint, draw, sculpt, weld, you name it.  He is also skilled at carpentry and gardening, served as a Marine and was a firefighter.  (Did I mention he can act as a gunsmith and also keeps several exotic birds? Mmmhmm, that too)

The house he lives in?  He built that.
The paintings on the walls?  He painted those.
The stained glass in the kitchen?  Yeah, he made that too.

Want to see what I'm talking about?  Keep scrolling ;)

Stained Glass Roses

This stained glass insert can be found in the corner cabinet of my Grandparent's kitchen.

I have been looking at this cabinet for decades (because every time I want a drink I go here, but really the cups are above the microwave...eventually I'll remember...haha!)  Anyway, of all times I have opened this cabinet, never before had I noticed that the insert was stained glass.  I asked my Grandma about it and of course my Grandpa made it himself :D

That's a whole lot of talent wrapped up in one person!
I hope you enjoyed the artistry here as much as I do, thanks for stopping by!
